Shipping and payment

Where we deliver

We deliver to Czechia, Slovakia and 16 other EU countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Estonia, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Spain and Sweden. We do not ship to other countries yet. In Czechia you pay in Czech koruna, elsewhere in euros.

Delivery options and prices

Czechia and Slovakia

  • Pickup point or parcel locker near your address – free. We deliver the parcel to the pickup point or parcel locker nearest to your address. When it is ready for collection, you will receive a text message or email with a code.
  • Home delivery – CZK 110. We deliver the parcel to your address.
  • Home delivery, cash on delivery – CZK 159 (shipping and cash on delivery together, nothing else to pay). We deliver the parcel to your address and you pay when you receive it.

In Slovakia you pay these prices in euros, converted at checkout.

Other listed EU countries: free shipping.

How long delivery takes

Delivery usually takes 7–24 business days from the order; this includes processing and shipping. Weekends and public holidays are not counted. We do not promise next-day delivery. Home delivery may take a few days longer.

Once the order ships, we will email you the tracking number. If your order does not arrive within this period, write to info@freshpaw.cz with your order number.

Address and contact

At checkout, enter your full delivery address, email and phone number. You choose the delivery option at checkout, and the final amount is shown before you complete the order.

Payment and delivery problems

Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Klarna are paid when you order. Cash on delivery is paid when you receive the parcel – only in Czechia and Slovakia and only with “Home delivery, cash on delivery”. Checkout shows the current options. Contact us about a parcel that is not delivered or is damaged in transit; we will handle everything for you.
