Withdraw from contract

As a consumer, you can withdraw from the contract without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving the goods. Just fill in the form below.

Christmas: longer return period. Goods ordered between 1 November and 24 December 2026 can be returned until 15 January 2027, even if your 14-day period from delivery ends earlier. If it ends later, the later date applies. The procedure is the same as for a regular withdrawal: let us know with the form below or by e-mail at info@freshpaw.cz, send the goods within 14 days to the address we send you, and we refund you the same way as for a regular withdrawal.

1. Fill in the form.
2. Click “Confirm withdrawal”.
3. You will get a confirmation of receipt by email straight away (if you cannot see it, check your spam folder). We will send you the address to return the goods to promptly, within two business days at the latest.
