FreshPaw Advent with FreshPaw

Advent with FreshPaw

Four Advent Sundays, four little windows. One opens every Sunday: with advice on keeping your pet warm and calm in winter, and with a gift you can still get at the last minute.

Iron Sunday · 29 Nov

Warmth that lasts all winter

Opens on Sunday 29 Nov

In winter, cats look for warm, raised spots: a windowsill above the radiator, the back of the sofa, a blanket on the bed. Put the bed out of the draught, not on a cold floor by the door. After a walk in the wet, dry a small or short-haired dog quickly.

A warm bed or a hoodie blanket is a gift for you and your pet for the rest of the winter. Something ordered now may not arrive in time for Christmas, but winter will last until spring.

Not sure what size they wear, or whether they have a cat or a dog at home? The gift card arrives by email right after payment. Print it, write who it is for and who it is from, and put it in an envelope.

Copy the code from the email carefully and check it before wrapping. Whoever receives the gift card chooses for themselves at freshpaw.cz.

Golden Sunday · 20 Dec

A calm holiday for your pet too

Opens on Sunday 20 Dec

  • Chocolate is toxic to dogs and cats. Sweets containing the sweetener xylitol are dangerous for dogs.
  • Cats like to swallow tinsel and ribbons, and they can block their intestines. It is better not to put them on the tree.
  • Lilies are very toxic to cats, including their pollen. Poinsettia irritates the mouth and stomach.
  • When guests come, leave your pet a quiet room that nobody goes into.
  • On New Year's Eve, keep your dog at home, close the windows and give it somewhere to hide. A radio playing in the background helps too.

Still looking for a gift? The gift card arrives by email straight away, even on Christmas Eve. Happy holidays to you and your pets.
